The existing rear addition was replaced with a wraparound extension, supported by closely coordinated structural and fire-safety work. Large garden doors and rooflights bring daylight deep into the new kitchen, dining and living area, while the wider refurbishment connects the old and new parts of the house.
The completed ground floor has a clearer route through the home, more useful family space and a much stronger relationship with the garden. Consistent finishes and integrated services make the extension feel like a natural part of the original property rather than a separate addition.
